THanks. the game seemed to not push the liveries for me either. kept saying I needed to download the steam app running Windows10 but I already had the app installed. finally restarted my system and when restarting Steam it applied some updates, checked the box to use the livery pack and restarted the game and it worked. for those having issues with it downloading I did this steps and it worked for me. Now I can say Thanks for the new liveries!!
